Hi, I'm Isaac, a Learning Experience Designer from San Antonio, TX.

I have a passion for mentorship and adult education, and I have a talent for taking complicated material and translating it into user friendly and easily understandable training content. For most of my career, I was an in-person corporate trainer facilitating new hire orientations, employee onboarding, Clifton Strengthsfinder workshops, employee benefits, account management and sales principles, as well as a technical trainer teaching end users how to use software packages such as Workday, Workday "People Manager", MetricStream, Zendesk, Service-Now, and Encompass. I have also managed sales and customer service teams with great success and high levels of employee engagement.

Today, I'm an experienced content editor and Instructional Designer/Learning Experience Designer who utilizes softwares such as Articulate Storyline 360, Review 360, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Publisher, and Audacity to bring your training needs to life. I also provide voice-over talent and audio editing for you narration needs.
